Listing a relatives short sale.

What are your opinions/experience with banks allowing relatives to list a short Waldo.

An agent in my office is asking me & my opinion is, it would depend on the lender. I've never been it this situation, so I thought I'd ask the group.

Simply ask up front, our office has done this numerous times and it seems to depend on the lender/servicer. Clearly denote the association and live by the transaction guidelines and it often is accepted.
