I represent the buyer on this short sale and the agent lost the home to the trust deed sale. She is telling me to wait a couple of weeks because she wrote a "Letter of Rescission" as a last effort to save the home from foreclosure and have our offer still continue to close the sale. I don't know who told her she could do this at the bank but I've never heard of this. Anyone been able to pull this off???
