LCS Ocwen

Two mortgages on short sale. The first one was approved by Wellsfargo. Second one is Ocwen being worked on by LCS. LCS says they need 72 hours for review time, is that typical? Has anyone dealt with them recently? Can they approve the second within 72hours or will they ask for any addtional items?
