I'd like to hear how this all unfolds. Unless the person who has the judgment filed a lis pendens against the property, it seems to me that it could still be sold and the judgment be a personal judgment that remains in force. But I have a feeling this is more complicated than that, and would like to know how it plays out. Thanks and good luck, Sue
