Just wondering - Anyone have info on IndyMac?

Hi all -

I closed one last March just like this new one I have. IndyMac 1st and BofA 2nd. Tenant want's to buy and I already got the info (at least from a couple of agents) here regarding that issue.

 

Wondering if there's anything new that is happening with IndyMac? I don't think I saw a group for that particular bank. Thanks in advance for any input you may have.

      Thanks Bryant - I didn't see this - guess I was focused on something else. Thanks a bunch. Will send a message to the group as I can't seem to join. When I hover over "join" it doesn't become active (so to speak. thanks again.
