Investors to BUY and Hold or do Equity Sharing???

Does anyone know any investors that would buy at a discount and do a lease option to a Buyer for repurchase at market value within 24 months? I keep coming accross opportunities to buy below market and often have Buyers that are almost ready to buy...usually minor credit or employment issues hold them back. This could net an investor a positive cash flow. Any help would be most appreciated.

    Hi Jeffrey,

    I know of some investors that are doing exactly that in the San Francisco Bay Area. Don't know if they'd want to go to Vegas.
