A loan owned by a collateralized debt obligation (e.g. Indymac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-AR5, etc)

I have escalated to the investor more times than I would like to remember.  The key to most short sales is first finding the investor, finding investor contact info and then escalating to them.  It works!  Who is the servicer that you are dealing with?
