I must say, I Love Being a Short Sale Listing Agent
This work is mountainous. The wait is unknown. But I cannot help but to share that I LOVE WORKING on SHORT SALES - especially for my seller clients.
I find my significance and value when I know I'm doing my best to help them out of their each individual situation. Each carry their own story.
Thanks to Short Sale Superstars, I do feel more confident in stepping into these territories. I had referred out 2 very good short sale listings simply because I didn't feel comfortable because of my limited knowledge. But Wendy and Bryant has helped tremendously.
It's just a random post, nothing more than that.
