How do I get money negotiated for the seller. The bank offers all this help and money and when the seller goes for it they say ooops too late you cant get anything now. That is bull. This seller kept paying when everyone else was walking away and getting money. Five years later she gets in trouble and they wont help her. Isn't there anyone out there that can help

Is this the homeowners primary residence? Can they be reviewed for HAFA? What type of short sale program is this currently being processed through? Have you requested or placed on the Est. HUD for the Bank to review a relocation incentive to the seller?
