HSBS Lien

Hi,

I have a SS pending on Oct 15th. We have been working on getting someone or something from HSBC involving the release of the lien. Apparently, my lawyer got them to agree on a certain amount for the release of the lien, but now it's been a while now and still nothing. Please help me in way you can.
