HSBC time lines? Who to call? to get moving

I have submitted short sale package to HSBC.  There is only a first, no PMI and BPO has been done.  Full price offer - list price was based on bank recomendation.

 

I submitted/they recieved package 3 weeks ago.

There has been no update to file.  Nobody has contacted me, however i reach to them evrey few days.

 

Any ide whaen I might hear any news?  Any sugestions on how to get file looked at or determine if its being worked?

    Is it HSBC directly or HSBC Beneficial? I just did one with HSBC Ben in 42 start to finish. Only pay 5% but still good for not having to do much :)
