I am curious to know if anyone has any experience in knowing how Cenlar reports completed Short Sales to customer's Credit Reports?
I realize each bank and each agreement can be different. but any advice is appreciated.

Depends on the Investor and if it's a HAFA deal.
Kevin, do you know how to escalate the file with Cenlar. Our file is with Neil Bender who is the supervisor and we have been waiting 50 days and we still don't have a BPO and they are saying its an issue on Freddie's end but when we called Freddie they denied a problem...Any advise?
