Looking for information anyone might have about Household Finance. I will be listing a short sale with them. Thanking you in advance!

I have found them to be quite quick. Similar to SPS. They will order valuation if they even sniff that you are doing a short sale...They don't even need the offer.

I've had few sales with them and they were fairly reasonable. One BPO too high but they took our comps and did an adjustment.
