So I lost one to Fannie Mae on August 3rd. No fault of mine or even the bank with the exception of not postponing the sale date.

I actually received the listing and documents from buyer 1 month before sale date and did not have tenants who will co-operate.

Anyhow, now the unit was sold on August 3rd. Shouldn't the County public records and property appraiser website be updated also? This is in Florida.

Thanks for the help :)

  • Our registry of deeds would likely have the change in title pretty quick and our ASSESSOR would list it when the town updated it's information on the site. Some towns don't update their websites as well as others, but if you call the town and speak to the assessing dept., it'll likely be on record.
