Hello everyone,

My sellers need to move about 75 miles away to help take care of ailing parents. 

They accepted a fair offer for their home.

Just got email from Homeward "Mortgage Insurance has denied Short
Sale and will not participate as they consider this a Strategic Default"

Any advice on how to escalate/negotiate?  Thanks!
