Hello Superstars - does anyone have info or additional numbers to escalate at Home Guardian, or have any luck dealing with them? 

They are the 2nd on this file. The first is a HAFA via Ocwen. Going rather smoothly thus far, with $8.500 offered to 2nd. The first mortgage is much higher than the property value, so HG will get nothing if they push this to foreclosure...however, they are insisting on $22,500 to release. They want $14,000 up front and then said they would issue an approval for $8,500 for the HUD. Which all seems very wrong.
