Hi have any of you had any issues or luck in negotiating down the HOA lien with the Solera at Apple Valley Community PCM of California attorneys? I have closed and negotiated HOA liens successfully before, and with this HOA and their attorneys, but this group stated clearly they will absolutely not budge, and they want their whole amount. They will actually see it through to trust deed sale before they budge. The Bank ( B of A) and buyer and seller are ready to close, but for the HOA. They have cost us two buyers already. In the last one, and now have an August TD sale which should have never come to fruition. Have any of you short sale superstars run across this yet, and how did you get a break through?
