I have a short sale with MetLife that was requested 2 1/2 months ago. The day after we listed, the house received a notice of foreclosure. That date is coming soon.

I have repeatedly requested that the property be taken off the foreclosure list and that they issue a letter of acceptance. Because of the change of policy/departments, we just got a new negotiator assigned. I have not received correspondence from either negotiator. I have corresponded mostly with the Customer Service reps.

They made one move to go forward  - they had an appraisal done this past Wednesday.

We received an offer over the weekend....Does anyone have suggestions on how to get a response from this group?
