HELP with HSBC Lien /Contact

Hello Everyone!

I am in the process of putting my house on the market.

I need to receive the payoff information from HSBC for the HELOC loan, but HSBC cannot even locate my loan.

I must have called HSBC more than 100 times transferred to many deparments, but they cannot find any loan with my SSN, loand number, property address.

I even tried calling possible lenders that might have bought out this loan such as Springleaf, Caliber, PHH. They were all unable to locate this loan.

Is there anyone out there that can help me out! Please help me.

    Is your agent assisting you? Has title been pulled? What state are you in?

    At times subordinate liens can be tough to find if they were charged off, sold, etc. There are a few tactics to help locate hard to find lien.

      I am in northern California.

      Agent is helping, but no luck.

      Title was pulled no reconveyance record for this HSBC loan.

      Could you please help me locate this very hard to find lien.
