Hi y'all. Wells problem. Negotiator, Trey Johnson out of Ft Mill, SC is demanding $122K on short sale when we have had it previously approved twice, at $107K & $110K. He will not call back even when we email him directly. File being worked via Equator and is HAFA. I know his manager is Angela Waddell but no response from her either via email. FC sale date is 2-6-11. Any help is appreciated.

Escalate to someone else. I would guess their new BPO or Value came back higher than what was previously approved (a common scenario). What type of Loan?
