HELP PLEASE

Good afternoon everyone!!

I am trying to locate someone from Green Tree with pull. I need to get this file moving. The bpo was ordered on the 31st of July and has been in "escalation" sense the 8th of this month. Please please HELP!!

up date!! I just spoke to Laura Epoing and she was the most rude inconsiderate person I have ever dealt with. Do they train their people to be rude? When I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me she would not waist his time on me... I don't know where else to turn. You all have been great with suggestions so please help if and when you can.
