Does anyone have an escalation contact in Metlife's Short Sale Department? My client is scheduled for a TS on Monday, October 2 at 9:00am and now Metlife will not postpone the TS because they were missing only 1 document. Besides that, the negotiator never answers or responds on time. And now when I got their response today, she told me they closed the file because they didn't receive as Bank statement in time. How unreal is this....thanks for all of your help!
