Anyone have a contact at HUD/FHA whom I can contact to get it PP?
Wells Fargo is the lender and saying they will NOT PP because not enough time to review the offer.

Generally HUD doesn't assist without one opening up a ticket with NOVAD. For FHA short sales it'd be difficult for sure to postpone a sale date within 24 hours if the servicer does not have a complete package for review prior to. I'd typically suggest my client speak to an attorney who does BK for a consultation in these situations so they have a plan B.
