Help! We have all buyer funds in and ready to close and now Five Lakes Agency on behalf of Chase on a second, cannot be reached by seller's agent. We had to extend close of escrow by a week, and have been trying to get extension in writing from Five Lakes for over a week.
Our negotiator and head of submissions are not answering emails or calls. Would it help to go to Chase directly? We are at a loss.
