Help!!

I sold my home as a short sale using a government program. Closing date was November 2010. Shows paid by FHA in April 2011. I owe zero on the account. My question is do I have to wait 3 years from November 2010 or April 2011 to buy another home??? Thanks for any help.

    Yes. That being said, our scores are 680+ and zero debt and income 90,000 and loan amount at 120,000 and I have 10% down at least.
