    Titanium offers negotiation services now. I think they charge 25% of the listing side to negotiate your short sales for you.

    I have been with Titanium since 2008. I have not used the Short Sale department because of the fees and I do my own files, but they do have good connections with the lenders so I am sure they would do a great job.

    I believe there are some titanium members on this site. I joined and did not have the time to work the leads.
