I have a Hancock Bank short sale and they told me to call DMI. Anyone ever heard of or dealt with DMI? Any advice or direction would be great.

I just received a Short Sale listing at which a similar thing happened. A Credit Union has my Clients Mortgage Loan serviced through DMI. What happened on yours?
