HAFA with GMAC

GMAC says the investor on this deal does not participate in HAFA. They also only pay 5%, 4% if both agents from same brokerage 3% if I have both sides. Has anyone else run into this?

Yes mam. It happens. Just go traditional short sale. As for commission. Offer the buyer side a smaller percentage and show them how to have their buyer pay them extra.
