Hello, its the 2nd time i hear from a lender that the hafa relocation incentive is no longer avaiable since december 31, 2016. Has anyone heard of this. Bank of america and specialize loan service just advice me to remove it from my hud one..please advice.

HAFA ended on 12/31/2016.
sucks...clients that were approved last year and couldnt close due to buyers issue now cant qualify for relocation.
Yep. HAFA ended with the Obama Administration. You can still request relocation assistance though. If your sellers live in the property, ask for $3000 in relocation. Let the lender say yes or no.
