HAFA PROCESS

WHAT IS THE FASTEST WAY TO FINISH OFF THE HAFA NEGOTIATIONS,  MY CLIENTS HAVE BEEN IN IT 3 WEEKS AND STILL NO ANSWER.  WELLS FARGO WON''T EVEN START EQUATOR UNTIL HAFA IS COMPLETED.  WHAT OF A WASTE OF NEGOTIATION TIME ON THE SHORT SALE MEANWHILE THE BUYER FINDS ANOTHER HOME.  PLEASE ADVISE.

    Always find out if the seller is interested in HAFA at the listing appt. because of the delays involved.
