I have a Short Sale listing presentation with a $2M loan... qualifies as their principal residence. Is there a loan Cap limit for HAFA?

and the loan must be originatied before jan of 2009

1st loan would have to be under 729K. Hope this helps

Correction to Discussion Post... does the 1st $729K qualiify under HAFA or is the transaction not eligible for HAFA?
