Green Tree New England Asset Manager for Green Tree Foreclosures.
Does anyone know the name of an Asset Manager at Green tree? I am looking for someone who handles stick built homes as opposed to mobile homes. I appreciate any contact info. Thanks.

HI Ron, Actually, Green Tree has 2 divisions. The mobile home division is in New Hampshire, and they have been my account for 4 years. The Residential, or "stick built" division is in Tempe(?) Az. The only number I have goes to an answering machine and no one ever gets back to me. We have a safety issue at a Green Tree stick built property and I am trying to reach an asset manager. I have of course, also been trying to earn this side of their FC business as well. My contacts at Green Tree only have the number that they gave me-goes no where. If you have any contacts, I greatly appreciate it.

Oh just to confirm, I am not inquiring about the Short Sale side. I am looking for an REO contact. I assume that most SS specialists sell REO too like me.
