I submitted an offer fur my clients with Green Planet in December. Green Planet issued a counter offer that my clients accepted. Sent in all required documentation (signed counter, HUD and new financials for the seller). Since this was submitted, December 15, I have called a total of 17 times for an update on the status of the file and no-one can give me answers. All that Is noted in the file Is that it's under investor review. I don't know what to do from here. Has anyone had any better luck with Green Planet??
