Freddi Mac Commission for Dual Agency

Pleas advise is there is some guideline that allows the full 6% commission to a dual agent on a Freddie Mac short sale?

    Real estate professionals can split the commission among themselves. The amounts will be based on the terms of their real estate brokerage agreement and any applicable real estate laws. Freddie Mac does not dictate how the commission is divided.

Unless a real estate broker’s sales commission exceeds six percent of the homeowner’s mortgage, Servicers cannot renegotiate a lower sales commission.
