Has any one dealt with Franklin credit before? They are the jr lien holder in the short sale I am doing . Extremely rude people and not willing to negotiate at all . They want 65k to release the jr lien which has already been discharged in a bankruptcy. I need the email or name of someone higher up that I can call directly to by pass the customer service and loss mitt departments.
