Foreclosure In Probate

The homeowner has passed away and his daughter is currently living in the home. There was no power of attorney assigned to the estate so it is currently in Probate. Is there any way to save this property with a short sale or is it dead in the water at this point? The home is in Missouri and is 2 weeks until the auction date on 6/27.

A short sale won't save the home. A short sale is selling and the daughter would have to move anyway. Chances of this foreclosure not happening are slim to none. She can seek legal advice.
