Foreclosure date set for 9/24 with nationstar.

Please help. My client has had his paperwork in with Nationstar since 6/4. We received a cash offer on 6/9 and the bank will not let us submit the cash offer since FHA is trying to decided if they will let him short sale his home. We only have 2 Weeks left for my seller. Please help. The bank will not give us an extension.

    Have you opened up a case with HUD? What is HUD reviewing in regards to eligibility for your client?
