Flagstar is by far one of the worse ever. Started a SS with them about a year ago. About 6 months out they transferred the file to mortgage outreach. Everything was moving along in which I thought was going pretty good. Then HAULT... we have to now go through the Loan Modification.. FlagStar required it. So we do the paperwork and seller said she did not want to do loan mod so the gal did what she had to do with the loan modification then because seller did not want to pursue that they denied it. NOW..Sale date was 2 weeks out. Sale date on Feb 26, 2011. I start asking the negotiator prospone. emailed, called, emailed, called no response. Then I finally get an email. Mortgage outreach said they wanted me to add verbiage to the listing agreement. Basically if the property foreclosed i would not get paid. Well I thought if I do it i have complied so I did. Then they wanted the seller to apply for HAFA and the paperwork due to Flagstar on March 8. Oh this is good I will probably get me extension. So I called, email, called, email and no response. I called again and told the gentleman that I would not be getting off the phone until I spoke with a supervisor to get answers. Well I got my answer. Flagstar foreclosed.
So anyone have a contact for Flagstar CEO? I am writing a letter. I believe that Mortgage Outreach was neglagent. What would you do?
