Flagstar is the slowest SS dept. ever. Their new SS system now has the "point of contact" person who has no email, no direct line.. so i call & wait 20 minutes, then the call gets transfered to Point of contact person, who's voicemail says he will call back in 24hrs.
My question, do i call HUD to report Flagstar? Who can i talk to at Flagstar? We have an offer, we have a TSD set for 6/7/12, and Flagstar is giving no timeframes on when we will get HUD/PFS in the loop.
I have never dealt with such idiots, such as Flagstar!-BHTUCSON

Follow up at least twice a week and update your financials constantly. They will close your file every chance they get! Dont know why they make it so difficult but they do. I have one closing in 2 weeks and diligence got it done. Good luck and as Kevin said contact HUD. It will be very helpful that you have FHA case number and you will need to send them LOA as well.
