Flagstar Bank - Current Escalation contacts?

Hi Superstars - we have a property that we've submitted a shortsale package to Flagstar bank (Michigan) and have had No success in getting through to the 'point of contact' to postpone the trustee sale date scheduled in 2 weeks. There's quite a 'round robin' of voice mail circuits within this bank....

Anyone know of current escalation contacts @ Flagstar? Thanks very kindly for any input - M
