We had full approval from Five Lakes Agency for a second loan with Chase. We were scheduled to close May 10th, and had to extend/delay closing which Five Lakes negotiator submitted to Chase and said would be able to do.
We now have all buyer funds in, and were ready to close the 17th and have been requesting from Five Lakes for over a week to get close of escrow extension. Now they will not answer our calls and emails.
Any suggestions? Would it help to try and contact Chase directly? We are at a loss....
