About to list a ss, 2 loans with First Tech, 1st is Fannie. Never worked with First Tech before but already I can tell I will be reaching for the Xanax. Anybody have any experience? Thanks!

I believe we did one with them awhile back. They are a small credit union, so you don't see these transactions too often. They should be following Fannie Mae's guidelines, so I wouldn't expect anything too out of the ordinary. Hopefully the title report is clear and Fannie Mae's value check out for you!

Thanks so much Brett. This short sale was listed previously and turned down by First Tech b/c the seller could afford the payment. She's also divorced, relocated for job, etc. Doesn't sound like they follow Fannie guidelines. But we'll wait and see. Thanks again.
