First Mtg UCC -- 2nd lien Wells Fargo

Anyone closed a deal with a UCC lien.; Freddie Mac has offered to pay $6,000 of the $22,000 owed, but that is it -- UCC will not budge! Anyone have any experience with one of these loans?

Is there a 1st, 2nd and a UCC lien? A UCC is usually financing for something other than a 2nd or HELOC. Who filed the UCC?

The will have to budge if they want to see any money from Freddie.
