First approval is expiring tomorrow because SECOND is still reviewing

Has this happened to any one?  I had an approval issued (IndyMac/OW) back in June until 8/17.  I thought I'd be done with this thing.  Greentree gave a verbal ok then asked the homeowner for more paperwork two weeks ago.

 

If they FINALLY approve, do I have to go back to the drawing board?  I've had THREE bpos and I suspect I may have too.

    Smitty - You can usually get an extension while waiting for the other lien holder.... not too long, though.
