I have a short sale... it's a conventional loan, service by chase, with Freddie Mac as investor.

They require a "Pension Award Letter" for proof of retirement income in addition to disbursement statements from the pension.

My client cannot find the letter though.  Any tips / advice would be greatly appreciated.
