A little confused how the ATP process works , is it the same for all lenders ?
I have an FHA SHORT SALE , I have just listed the property .
Should I upload it to Equator without an offer ? , or should I use DTS ? ( Dignified Transition Solutions )
I am being told the clients must first apply for a modification ? , why would they do that if they don't want the home ? .
Is it better to first get an offer and then start uploading or faxing the documents ?
