Have a FHA Short sale BOM said it could not go thru Equator this has been going on since August and Seller has provided all documents each month. Just got a negotiator last week and the will not return my calls. Please advise thanks

I have had a FHA short sale at B of A since 9/21 and still not activated in system yet for processing. B of A has esclatated four times and whoever does FHA short sales there does nothing. I call and call. I also have to constantly fax updated paystubs, etc as once they are outdated then it's like starting all over again!

BOA FHA short sales take about 30 days to get assigned! Being that the file was just assigned last week, the negotiator probably haven't had an opportunity to review the file yet. I would suggest that, you request BOA Customer Service to send an interoffice message for the negotiator to contact you. If you have not heard back by this time next week, I would ask for the negotiators supervisor. The twitter address Jeff provided is good too. Good Luck!
