With the new HUD PFS guidelines, seller gets $3,000. I just received an approval with only $1,000. The process started long before 10/1, ATP issued after 10/1 and sales approval just approved. Negotiator won't answer my 3 questions since the ATP was issued asking why not $3k. Anyone know?
