  • Hi Rob. How did you make out with releasing the tax lien from the property. I just took a listing and the seller just informed me that they placed a lien againist them a few months back.

    • Mike - Your sellers should know who their IRS agent is... normally.  Contact them.

  • Does anyone have IRS contacts for southern california, every time i call i go right to voice mail and haven't gotten a call back.  Please help!
    • I have some for Seattle and they have always successfully removed my liens. If that will help let me know. kamran@vreg.co
