Citi servicing this short sale. Major delays up front with file as there was a 45 day "glitch" in their system. Finally they got the file to Fannie for approval. Just as I was gearing up for yet another value dispute/bloody battle...four days after submission to Fannie, received the approval letter.
This is very unlike you, Miss Fannie. I hope you stay on your meds so we can continue this love affair :)
